Job Summary:
The Digital Marketing Coordinator is responsible for managing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance online engagement, brand awareness, and lead generation. This role involves a blend of creativity, analytical skills, and technical knowledge to optimize digital campaigns and ensure a seamless user experience across all digital platforms.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:
Digital Strategy & Campaign Execution:
- Implement digital marketing plans across Google Ads, SEO, PPC, email marketing, and content marketing channels.
- Develop and manage social media plans and campaigns to drive brand engagement.
- Monitor and respond to audience interactions, comments, and messages on social media platforms.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide recommendations to improve ROI and overall effectiveness.
Website Management & Optimization:
- Regularly update websites with fresh content, product information, and news updates.
- Ensure website functionality, usability, and responsiveness across devices.
- Monitor website performance using analytics tools, identifying areas for improvement.
- Implement and maintain SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings.
Content Development & Collaboration:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and distribute digital content that aligns with the overall brand strategy.
- Optimize website content and user experience to enhance customer engagement and conversions.
- Curate engaging content for social media platforms, staying consistent with brand messaging.
Analytics & Reporting:
- Analyze website traffic and user behavior to inform marketing decisions and strategy adjustments.
- Generate reports on key metrics related to website, email, and social media performance.
- Track digital advertising, bids, and campaign success, adjusting as necessary to maximize results.
Trend Monitoring & Best Practices:
- Stay current with digital marketing trends, social media updates, tools, and best practices.
- Continuously evaluate and adapt strategies to stay competitive and relevant in the digital space.
Requirements:
Internal training:
- During the first week of your employment, you’ll be presented with a training plan designed to guide you through your on-the-job training experience.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Digital Media, or related field.
- Relevant certifications in Digital Marketing, such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, SEO, or Social Media Marketing.
Additional Skills:
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of current digital marketing tools, trends, and best practices.

Required knowledge and experience required:
- Proven experience in digital marketing, including SEO, PPC, Google Ads, and social media management.
- Proficiency in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and content management systems (CMS).
- Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., marketing automation, CRM systems, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Strong understanding of digital advertising, including budgeting, bidding strategies, and campaign optimization.
Office requirements:
- Working hours 8h00 to 17h00, Monday to Friday.
- Semi-formal dress code.
- Reliable transport to and from the office
- Excellent language skills (English), both written and verbal
- Overtime due to inherent requirement of job
Notes:
- This is a permanent position, subject to a three-month probation period.
