• Review round sheets
• Contact doctors and collect key information:
  • Opening times
  • Closing times
  • Peak hours

First Round:

• Monitor first round progress
• Record departure and return times
• Count samples
• If not on schedule, escalate to Logistics Manager

Second Round:

• Monitor second round
• Record departure and return times
• Count samples

End of Day:

• Compile and submit daily report to management
