The APMC team is looking for a skilled CV Typist and Database Administrator with exceptional accuracy and strong English skills. At least 3 to 5 years experience typing candidate CVs for a recruitment agency ESSENTIAL!
Duties & Responsibilities
- Typing and formatting CVs with a high degree of accuracy
- Ensuring clarity and professional presentation
- Maintaining and updating a database with precise data entry
- Writing and editing documents
- Ensuring correct spelling, grammar, and adherence to company standards
- Organising and managing electronic files and records efficiently
- Reviewing and correcting documents for errors or inconsistencies
- Generating and producing reports on daily activities
- Ensuring confidentiality and security of sensitive information
- Collaborating with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks and projects
- Preparing CVs to be sent to clients in accordance with the required standards
- Assisting with ad-hoc projects and tasks as required
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Matric essential
- Bachelor’s Degree in English or Communications will be an advantage
