Customer Support Specialist for Holafly | Remote Africa

We are a young and international team of over 300 people based all around the world working to provide stress- free experiences for all travelers.
✦ About the role
At Holafly we believe that the customer experience is the most important part of our business. We’re looking for Customer Support Specialists to join our team and help us deliver the best possible experience to our customers. The ideal candidate will have experience working in customer service or a related field, and will be passionate about delivering excellent customer service. They will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and complaints, and will work closely with other departments to ensure that customer needs are being met. The customer experience specialist will be the voice of the customer, and will work to ensure that our customers are always happy.
✦ Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing them with world-class service and support.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner, escalating issues as necessary.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products and services, as well as industry trends.
- Use active listening skills to understand customer needs and provide solutions that address those needs.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and make recommendations to management.
- Help our users with the decision, purchase, installation, usage, troubleshooting, maintenance, or disposal stages of our products.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- To deliver excellent customer service and manage the needs of our customers through our communication channels ( Chat, email, WhatsApp).

- Fluent in any of the following languages:
- German
- French
- Arab
- Portuguese
- Italian
- Transmit confidence and calm to the client
- Attention to the detail
- Ability to adapt to changes in processes, procedures or tools
- Attention to updates and changes
- Results-oriented, outgoing, and excellent interpersonal skills
