Customer Success Intern for Humanz | Onsite Jhb

The purpose of this role is to gain experience and understanding of influencer marketing and contribute towards the success of Humanz’ customers alongside an experienced team of Customer Success Managers. Interns will learn to execute various aspects of influencer marketing campaigns from concept to finish via the Humanz technology platform.

The role requires the following skills:

  • A keen interest in the field of advertising, specifically social media and influencer marketing;
  • Great relationship and communication skills;
  • Great written communication skills;
  • Able to work independently within a small but dynamic team.
  • Core focus & responsibilities (all under the guidance and supervision of an experienced customer success manager):
  • Identify the most suitable influencers and verify them via Humanz;
  • Contact influencers, brief them and manage them during campaigns;
  • Compile campaign reports;
  • Act as a secondary point of contact with clients, and communicating progress throughout the process;
  • Assist new influencers with their on-boarding;
  • Source answers from your supervisor and answer questions and queries from customers and influencers;
  • Assist your supervisor with any other operational requirements as requested within this growing business.

Previous experience for the role should include:

  • Matric pass or equivalent;
  • Any previous work in a client-facing role is advantageous;
  • Hands-on experience in PR/social media/influencer marketing in the South African context is advantageous.
  • This is a growth opportunity and as such has no compulsory previous work experience.
