Customer Success Consultant for NetStock | Remote SA

Job Title: Customer Success Consultant
Reporting to: VP, Customer Success EMEA
Location: Remote position in South Africa only

Role Responsibilities

  • Project manage multiple simultaneous implementations of Netstock App, effectively guiding the customers through the implementation.
  • Identify customer requirements, develop solutions using Netstock features and configure Netstock’s App appropriately
  • Work together with technical resources to implement customer requirements. Manage tasks for each project through the company Project Management application.
  • Deliver Training to customers
  • Continually improve implementations/onboarding to make them more efficient and successful
  • Participate in identifying customers at risk of leaving to improve engagement and use of the App
  • Contribute to the development of training material and systems
  • Identify and provide input on software enhancements to improve implementation efficiency and product features
  • Assist with online chat support and support tickets where appropriate

Qualifications & experience

  • Demand and Supply Planning Experience: Demonstrate a sound understanding of demand and supply planning processes and systems
  • Understands Inventory optimisation: and ideally prior knowledge thereof and ability to effectively learn and use highly specialised supply chain systems
  • Understand complex Business sectors: has had some exposure to FMCG, Retail, Mining, Spare Parts, etc.
  • Strong written and verbal communication: ability to present to a range of audiences at appropriate levels with confidence
  • Influencing/coaching and able to train others: ability to influence, supervise, mentor and coach internal and external team members. Ability to train customers on Netstocks App
  • Strong project management: Juggles competing priorities and is able to self manage their workload
  • Adept at problem solving: clear and logical thinker. Able to cut through complex problems and provide solutions.
  • Self-motivated and able to work autonomously and in a team based environment; able to drive customer outcomes on desired timeline

While extensive experience is beneficial, NETSTOCK is open to a candidate with more than two years in Supply Chain and Project Management and/or has worked in a similar SAAS based technology consultancy as an implementation consultant.
