We are committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences and We are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team in South Africa.

As a Customer Service Representative in the DPD segment, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing outstanding service and support. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills.

Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following. 

  •  Be responsible for the end-to-end customer experience,
  •  Identify, investigate, and resolve logistic issues and complaints in a professional and timely manner,
  •  Ensure timely response and quality resolution of inquiries,
  •  Fulfil job responsibilities aligned with given KPI’s,
  •  Keep a close dialogue with customers to understand their needs and expectations,
  •  Be proactive and ensure we are staying ahead of our customers’ needs,
  •  Cooperate with other departments/functions in our company,
  •  Ability to prioritize your daily tasks.

The ideal candidate possesses these skills. 

  •  Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field,
  •  At least 4 experience in a customer service role, preferably in a technical or engineering environment,
  •  Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal,
  •  Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail,
  •  Ability to work independently and as part of a team,
  •  Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software,
  •  Fluency in English.
