Position Overview:

Are you passionate about cars and adept at customer communication? BrainCX invites automotive enthusiasts to join us as Inbound/Outbound Appointment Setting Representatives. If you possess excellent English skills with a B1 grammar level and thrive in dynamic, noise-free environments, this opportunity is perfect for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Connect with North American customers, discussing automotive interests and guiding them through vehicle options or maintenance scheduling.
  • Navigate CRM and scheduling systems proficiently to enhance customer experiences.
  • Deliver top-tier customer service to drive retention, revenue increase, and brand loyalty.
  • Coordinate across teams to ensure prompt and accurate customer inquiry responses.

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in English with a B1 grammar level.
  • Ability to multitask with scheduling and CRM systems.
  • Minimum typing speed of 45 WPM.

Work Location & Schedule:

  • Cape Town, South Africa
  • Availability required Monday through Sunday, with assigned shifts.
