Job Description

The Agent will be responsible for multiple Customer Service related functions.

  • Logging De, re and repair cases, following up until completion
  • Maintaining database administration requests once received, this is for all Netstar systems
  • Maintain a 80/20 Inbound call ratio 
  • Attend to any Ad-hock report / requests received
  • *Updating client information
  • *Updating vehicle information
  • *Updating emergency contacts
  • *Report Faulty Units, Fleet unit testing
  • *Vehicle not appearing on the Netstar Platforms
  • *Allocation of vehicles onto client’s fleet
  • *Resolving issues on fleet units updating and software
  • *Following up on Repair cases
  • *Assist with internal escalations has context menu

Education

  • National Certificate Level 4 (N4) / Grade 12
