Job Description
The Agent will be responsible for multiple Customer Service related functions.
- Logging De, re and repair cases, following up until completion
- Maintaining database administration requests once received, this is for all Netstar systems
- Maintain a 80/20 Inbound call ratio
- Attend to any Ad-hock report / requests received
- *Updating client information
- *Updating vehicle information
- *Updating emergency contacts
- *Report Faulty Units, Fleet unit testing
- *Vehicle not appearing on the Netstar Platforms
- *Allocation of vehicles onto client’s fleet
- *Resolving issues on fleet units updating and software
- *Following up on Repair cases
- *Assist with internal escalations has context menu
Education
- National Certificate Level 4 (N4) / Grade 12
