Minimum Qualification Required
- Grade 12/Standard 10/NQF 4
- RE 5
- FAIS
Minimum Experience
- Minimum 3 years of Call Centre and administrative experience
- Minimum 2 years in the STI environment
- Knowledge of TIA and MIA will be advantageous
