Minimum Qualification Required

  • Grade 12/Standard 10/NQF 4 
  • RE 5  
  • FAIS 

Minimum Experience

  • Minimum 3 years of Call Centre and administrative experience 
  • Minimum 2 years in the STI environment
  • Knowledge of TIA and MIA will be advantageous
