CLIENT SERVICES & COLLECTIONS REPRESENTATIVE for MWeb | Onsite CT
Main Purpose of the Job:
The Billing & Client Services Department currently has a vacancy for a Client Services & Collections Representative who will be responsible for providing customer support – that includes information sharing, resolving of client services related queries and to do outbound collections on overdue accounts from time to time.
Job Output:
- Responsible for customer interactions that result in resolved billing and account queries within scope whilst ensuring that quality and cost effectiveness is maintained.
- o Understand the requirements of the customer.
- o Provide accurate relevant product information.
- o Accurately recording, updating and changing customer information on business systems
- o Reconciliation of accounts
- o Liaise with other divisions to effectively resolve customer queries.
- o Outbound collections on overdue accounts
- o Dealing with 3rd party parties
- o Ad Hoc functions

Requirements
Qualifications
• Matric
• Computer Literate (MS Excel/MS Word and MS Outlook)
Experience:
• Customer Service experience in a customer telephonic support environment
• Experience in a Customer Contact Centre with regards to accounts and billing will be advantageous
• Administration experience is a highly recommended
