The Financial Planning Institute of Southern Africa NPC (FPI), a SAQA recognized professional body, is seeking a Certification Intern, to join the Team.

The role of the Certification Intern is to assist the Certification Department in providing administrative support.

The successful candidate will report to the Certification Manager, and will have responsibility for the following duties and others as assigned:

TASK MANAGEMENT:

**Administration:

  • Uploading of documents to exam candidate profiles for new exam registrations.
  • Answering emails for certification related enquiries.
  • Assist with following up of outstanding pending invoices payments.
  • Assessment of new membership applications vetting.
  • Assessment of existing member information for vetting and membership audit purposes.
  • Other administrative tasks as assigned by Certification or Education Managers or HOD: Certification and Standards.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Completed Matric/Grade 12 or equivalent.
  • FET/HET Graduate would be advantageous.
  • Must be computer literate.
  • Must speak English fluently.

  • ® Good communication skills.
  • ® Must be able to think on your feet, hands-on, and be willing to assist and learn new things.
  • ® Must be able to function alone and in a team.
  • ® Have skills to perform onsite and remote support.
  • ® Able to liaise professionally and effectively on all levels.
  • ® Problem-solving abilities.
  • ® Excellent customer service orientation.
  • ® High Stress Tolerance and adaptability.
  • ® Must be able to work systematically and be detailed-oriented.

REMUNERATION:

(R 102 000,00 – R 144 000,00 p.a.)
