KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Make outbound calls to customers to interact with them, identify needs and promote the product/service.
- Script adherence.
- Maintain a high degree of product knowledge.
- Build positive work relationship with customers to enhance the image and public perception of the company.
- Time Management.
- Maintain a courteous and friendly disposition when interacting with customers irrespective of their temperament.
- Ensure daily shift call quotas and set targets are achieved.
- Maintaining and improving quality and compliance by adhering to the standards and guidelines.
- .JOB SPECIFICATION/COMPETENCIES (MINIMUM)
- Grade 11 or Matric
- Minimum 6months Outbound Sales experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Work well under pressure.
- Target Driven
- Self-motivated
- Clear credit and Criminal Record
