Call Centre Agent for We Buy Cars | Onsite Jhb (R7500 p/m)

Buying Call Centre Agent is responsible for making a minimum of 100 calls a day and saving a minimum of 75 deals per month. The ideal candidate will be driven and motivated, excel in communication and negotiation, deliver exceptional customer service, manage their time effectively, and exhibit a strong work ethic.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make 100 calls daily to follow up on expired leads
  • Assign leads to buyers as requested
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions in the CRM system
  • Save a minimum of 75 deals per month
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and resolving issues promptly
  • Collaborate with buyers and other management to ensure efficient lead management
  • Analyse leads to prioritise follow-ups and optimise deal closures

Qualifications and experience:

  • Grade 12
  • Previous preferably outbound call centre experience
  • At least 2 years of experience in customer service

Working hours:

  • Monday to Friday: Shifts 08:00 -17:00, 09:00 – 18:00
  • Weekends: Every second Saturday and one Sunday a month, for 5 hours from 10:00 – 14:00

  • Own reliable transport
