Your role as the Call Centre Representative, is the front-line support for Decofurn customers and stores in a professional and customer service driven manner.

Key performance areas (duties and responsibilities)

  • Answering and dealing with customer calls in a professional and timeous manner
  • Maintain high levels of telephone etiquette
  • Ensure that the case is handled professionally until resolution
  • Ensure you understand the procedures for refunds, laybys FeverTree and Zero Pay.
  • Manage and communicate Scop pauses with your team
  • Ensure you cash up your RPOS at the end of each trading day
  • Ensure the number of cases in your inbox is manageable and time is set aside each day to work through
  • Adhere to Company turnaround times
  • Ensure each case is closed once your chat has been resolved
  • Attend to any unallocated cases in the Chat Case queue whilst you are assigned to Live Chat

We are looking for someone with:

  • Grade 12 or equivalent
  • Call centre/website agent experience (Minimum 2 years)
  • Computer literate – Word, Outlook & Excel
  • Professional telephone etiquette
  • High levels of customer service
  • Efficient time management
  • Clear and effective communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Reliable & team player
