- Build rapport and engage customers by providing information about the features and benefits of our vehicles.
- Qualify leads and schedule appointments for customers to visit our showroom.
- Follow-up on leads and maintain a proactive approach to achieving sales targets.
- Provide excellent customer service and address inquiries effectively.
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in a call center or sales role is an advantage.
