Job DescriptionRenault Bryanston  is looking for Call Center agents to join a dynamic team dedicated to driving sales for our group. We are seeking young, motivated individuals who excel in converting internet leads into successful deals. The purpose of this role is to manage and maintain various online portals from leads generated, identify the needs of the customers in order to achieve leads targets accurately and timeously as per agreed standard operating procedures.  
Position OverviewPurpose

Specific Role ResponsibilitiesDuties & Resposibilities  Deliver on agreed performance targets according to set procedures and service level agreement. Engage with potential customers who have shown interest in our vehicles through online inquiries.Qualify leads and understand customer needsUtilize persuasive communication skills to convert leads into appointments and sales.Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up on leads promptly.Execute work in line with governance and compliance processes. Record and report on transactional activities to provide timely and accurate information for decision making in area of accountability. Ensure that relevant databases are updated with relevant information to enable accurate leads management.Follow-up and manage current and historic enquiries received via relevant systems within the set time frames.Measure response time of leads distributed to relevant stakeholders in order to ensure customers are contacted with in the agreed timeframes.Stay updated with market trends and technology.FinanceExecute work activities effectively and efficiently in order to maximise financial performance and profitability. Client/CustomerDeliver services that creates a culture which aims to exceed customers’ expectations in all aspects of the business. Deliver work activities effectively to satisfy customers. Liaise and interact with clients and or customers via approved communication channels in a positive and helpful manner.Receive client enquiries and escalate to stakeholders to ensure prompt and effective resolution, enhancing the client experience 
Qualifications and ExperienceMinimum Experience0 – 1 year experience in a similar environmentProven experience in sales, telemarketing, or lead conversionMotor industry experience not necessary, call center experience would be advantageousMinimum QualificationGrade 12 
Skills and Personal AttributesMinimum RequirementsComputer Literacy Proficient.Industry legislative compliance/ knowledge.Good Communications Skills Strong communication skills and must be well spokenAbility to work independently and meet or exceed sales targets.
