Business Development Representative for DoLead | Remote SA

We are a leader in lead generation and support the growth of 200 clients across 15 countries . We are fortunate to have a team of experts, working remotely and in our offices in France and the United States, with 16 different nationalities represented.

Dolead works alongside its clients’ marketing and sales teams to support their growth, launching paid acquisition campaigns  and generating sales-ready leads at a fixed cost per lead.

We are looking for a Business Development Representative profile to work with our team and support our growth in the French-speaking market: you will be responsible for generating leads (B2B) and organizing meetings with prospects for our Sales team.

Freelance / full remote mission – EMEA zone (+/- 1 to 2 hours vs France)

Only candidates matching the required profile (location, experience, language levels) will be considered.

3 to 5 days / week

Role :

  • Generate qualified leads via different channels (cold call, email, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Enrich the prospect database via advanced searches
  • Qualify prospects and determine their interest in Dolead services
  • Organize initial meetings with prospects (discovery) for the Sales team
  • Monitor and provide reporting on prospecting activity (CRM)
  • Ensure regular monitoring of market trends
  • Ensure compliance with existing Sales processes

Profile :

1 to 2 years of successful experience in a similar business development role
Excellent interpersonal
skills Ability to work independently but also in a team
Proficiency in the use of a CRM (e.g. HubSpot)
Strong results orientation 
Fluent in French & English
