Requirements

  • Proven experience of minimum of 5 years in business development and marketing, preferably in the finance and accounting sector.
  • Strong understanding of Google Ads, FaceBook, SEO and other digital marketing tools.
  • Excellent content management and review skills.
  • Ability to develop and execute effective marketing strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills to track performance and suggest improvements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Role Overview: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Business Development and Marketing Manager to drive our marketing efforts, manage business development plans, and help us achieve our growth targets. This onsite role is based in Sydney and requires a strong background in finance and accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Develop and implement strategic plans to attract new clients and expand our business. Identify new business opportunities and build strong client relationships.
  • Marketing Management: Oversee the creation and execution of marketing campaigns, including Google Ads, to enhance our online presence and drive lead generation.
  • Content Management: Review and manage content across all marketing channels, ensuring it aligns with our brand and engages our target audience.
  • Strategy Planning: Plan and execute innovative marketing strategies to boost our market position and achieve business objectives.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyse marketing and business development metrics to ensure targets are met. Provide regular reports and insights to the management team.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with various departments to ensure a cohesive approach to business development and marketing efforts.
