Bookkeeper Job Opportunity Available at 20 Elevation Construction & Landscaping in Pretoria – R10000 p/m
We are looking for a vibrant, hard-working and reliable office administrator with proven proficiency in clerical duties, and extensive experience in Payroll administration, filling tax returns, maintaining accurate records and office supplies.
Required Qualification:
- Grade 12.
- Relevant Certificate, Diploma and/or Degree will be advantageous
Required Knowledge:
- General management of office functions and services
- Data capturing and Record-keeping
- Strong financial & accounting background
- Knowledge of tax returns & laws
Required Experience:
- Min 3-5 years of experience in office administration and payroll administration (without monitoring)
- 2-5 years of experience in any admin or office management/support position, with a large volume of work
- Debit and credit analysis, tax return/ e-filling, payment & issuing of invoices.
Key Responsibilities;
- Perform a variety of administrative duties, such as, managing phone and email correspondence.
- Operate office machinery, including photocopiers, scanners, and computers.
- Manage inventory and order materials, supplies, and services as needed.
- Manage payroll, collect invoices, issue invoices, and assist in making payments
- Maintaining accurate records of all payment transactions through electronic copies, Spreadsheets and a database
- Providing general administrative and other clerical support
