Due to growth and increasing call volume, the company needs a dedicated Appointment Setter to manage incoming calls and administrative tasks efficiently. This role is crucial for maintaining client communication and ensuring no opportunities are missed. The position directly addresses the challenge of scaling operations while maintaining high-quality client service.

Client Communication
- Answer and manage incoming calls professionally
- Catch and follow up on missed calls
- Maintain clear communication with clients
- Handle client inquiries effectively
Appointment Management
- Schedule and coordinate client appointments
- Manage calendar efficiently
- Follow up on scheduled appointments
- Send appointment reminders and confirmations
Lead Management
- Follow up on sent proposals and documents
- Assist with basic lead generation
- Support light cold-calling efforts
- Track and update client interactions
Administrative Support
- Handle basic administrative tasks
- Manage documentation and follow-ups
- Support team communication via Slack
- Maintain organized client records
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Required:
- Minimum 1 year of appointment setting or phone-based customer service
- Proven experience in calendar management
- Strong track record in client communication
- Experience with phone systems (Ooma Office experience a plus)
- Basic administrative and organizational skills
- WFH Set-Up:
- Computer with at least 8GB RAM, an Intel i5 core processor/AMD Ryzen 5 Processor and up.
- Internet speed of at least 40MBPS
- Headset with an extended mic that has noise cancellation and a webcam
- Back-up computer and internet connection
- Quiet, dedicated workspace at home

Work Setup:
- Remote position
- Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
- Required to provide own computer with Intel Core i5 or something similar or higher operating system
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 4 PM EST (Eastern Standard Time)
- 40 hours a week
Compensation:
- $7 per hour
