About the Role:
As a dedicated and driven Sales Associate, you’ll be an integral part of our client’s team, earning a competitive base salary with uncapped commission. If you’re passionate about forging new client relationships, skilled in telesales, prospecting, lead engagement, and sales conversion, and eager to contribute to a fast-paced, results-oriented team operating from an international remote office, then this is the role for you.The company you will be working for holds assessments with people to determine if they have ADHD or not. This service is extremely popular in the UK as waiting lists are years long however this company can complete assessments within just a few days. Alongside this the company runs training courses teaching/qualifying other Doctors to also be able to be able to assess people for ADHD as well.
Responsibilities:
Your role as an experienced Sales Executive involves:
- Contacting warm inquiries generated through paid ads.
- Selling courses to Doctors that want to be able to diagnose ADHD
- Selling assessments to people that want to know if they have ADHD
- Booking consultations and processing deposit payments over the phone.
- Utilizing your minimum of 2 years of sales experience to contribute to our fast-growing agency serving medical spa & aesthetics practices.
- Setting qualified appointments and contributing to new client acquisition.
- Collaborating with the potential to grow into a Head of Growth Sales position and future team leader.
Key Qualifications:
We’re seeking a self-starting individual with:
- Strong data/analytics affinity and creative thinking skills.
- Strategic and operational mindset for effective prospect engagement and pre-sales activities.
- Impeccable attention to detail and ability to adhere to SOPs.
- Comfort making 80+ daily calls, proficient in prospecting, engaging conversations, and managing campaigns.
- Proficiency with tools like Excel, CRM systems (e.g., GHL, SalesForce), and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
Minimum Entry Requirements:
- 2+ years of UK telesales or face-to-face sales experience.
- Cross-selling and upselling expertise.
- Proven track record of high sales performance.
- Fluent verbal and written English.
- Self-motivated and ambitious.
- Well-equipped home office with high-speed WiFi.
- Ability to collaborate with colleagues to meet sales targets.
- Tech-savvy: Familiarity with tools like Excel, CRMs, etc.
- Organized: Proficient in note-taking and follow-up tasks.
- Autonomy: Thrive in remote work settings.
