Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with leads to schedule AI product demo appointments for the sales team.
- Use excellent communication and persuasive skills to explain the value of the demo, ensuring a high booking rate.
- Maintain an organised schedule and ensure smooth handovers to the sales team.
- Follow up with potential clients and ensure they attend scheduled demos.
- Work collaboratively with the sales and marketing teams to improve demo rates.
- Manage client data and appointments in CRM systems.
Key Qualifications:
- Fluent in both written and spoken English with exceptional communication skills.
- Experience in telesales, customer service, or appointment setting is highly desirable.
- A sales mindset without the pressure of closing deals – your focus is on booking meetings!
- Organised, self-motivated, and able to manage time effectively in a remote working environment.
- Tech-savvy, with the ability to quickly learn new software and tools.
