Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with leads to schedule AI product demo appointments for the sales team.
  • Use excellent communication and persuasive skills to explain the value of the demo, ensuring a high booking rate.
  • Maintain an organised schedule and ensure smooth handovers to the sales team.
  • Follow up with potential clients and ensure they attend scheduled demos.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales and marketing teams to improve demo rates.
  • Manage client data and appointments in CRM systems.

Key Qualifications:

  • Fluent in both written and spoken English with exceptional communication skills.
  • Experience in telesales, customer service, or appointment setting is highly desirable.
  • A sales mindset without the pressure of closing deals – your focus is on booking meetings!
  • Organised, self-motivated, and able to manage time effectively in a remote working environment.
  • Tech-savvy, with the ability to quickly learn new software and tools.
