Purpose Statement

  • To call defaulting Capitec Bank clients and negotiate repayment of loans; maximising client retention and minimizing bad debt.

Experience

Min:

  • 1 – 2 years collections experience
  • Call centre experience

Ideal:

  • 1 – 2 years collections experience in a Collections Call centre
  • 1 – 2 years experience on Predictive Dialler, Tallyman Collections system and Avaya soft 
  • In a role using an African Language

Qualifications (Minimum)

  • Grade 12 National Certificate / Vocational

Knowledge

Min:

  • Call centre processes and procedures
  • Customer care and service protocol

Ideal:

  • Predictive Dialler, Tallyman Collections system and Avaya softphone knowledge

Skills

  • Communications Skills
  • Computer Literacy (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook)
  • Telephonic / Call skills
  • Attention to Detail
  • Negotiation skills

Conditions of Employment

  • Clear criminal and credit record
