Are you an experienced administrator looking for a new challenge? Busbar is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team in Johannesburg.
- Position: Administrator
- Location: Ophirton, Johannesburg
- Experience Required: Minimum 2 years in an administrative role
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and correspondence
- Support the team with scheduling, organizing meetings, and maintaining office supplies
- Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent service
- Assist with financial and HR-related tasks as needed
- Ensure the smooth operation of the office
Requirements:
- Proven experience (2+ years) in an administrative role
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- *Electrical & Purchasing Experience will be an advantage.
