Are you an experienced administrator looking for a new challenge? Busbar is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team in Johannesburg.

  • Position: Administrator
  • Location: Ophirton, Johannesburg
  • Experience Required: Minimum 2 years in an administrative role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and correspondence
  • Support the team with scheduling, organizing meetings, and maintaining office supplies
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent service
  • Assist with financial and HR-related tasks as needed
  • Ensure the smooth operation of the office

Requirements:

  • Proven experience (2+ years) in an administrative role
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • *Electrical & Purchasing Experience will be an advantage.
