- Matric (Grade 12)
- A relevant tertiary qualification (NQF Level 4) in administration, business management, or a related field will be an advantage
- Minimum of 4 years of administrative and/or secretarial experience, preferably consulting sector
Job Description
- Provide comprehensive office, secretarial, and project administrative support, including but not limited to:
- Managing project documentation and filing systems
- Capturing and maintaining project Quality Management System (QMS) records
- Processing and verifying contractor payment certificates from the QMS database for approval by the Project Manager and/or Resident Engineer
- Coordinating communication between site office staff, contractors, and professional service providers
- Preparing and formatting reports, minutes, and other project documentation
- Capturing timesheets and out-of-pocket expense (OOPE) claims in the system
- Assisting with general office duties, including reception support and handling inbound/outbound calls professionally
- Managing project-related correspondence, contractor certificates, and ensuring efficient document flow
- Organizing and maintaining administrative records, reports, and filing systems
- Assisting with the preparation and compilation of tender documents
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Friendly, professional, and efficient with excellent interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work effectively within a team
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
