Administrative and Marketing Support Specialist for Unbottleneck | Remote SA – US Hours
We are seeking a proactive and organized Administrative and Marketing Support Specialist to assist our client with their day-to-day operations and digital marketing management of 3 dynamic and growing wellness-focused businesses. This role will involve supporting both a high-profile therapy practice, a wellness-based personal brand, and a holistic health practice, with a variety of tasks that will help streamline operations and enhance the client’s online presence.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Management
- Post and update blogs created by therapists and interns on WordPress.
- Update and maintain website content on Wix.
- Create and format newsletters using Constant Contact.
Social Media Management
- Manage and post content across various social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.
- Develop strategies to increase online traffic and engagement.
Research and Outreach
- Conduct internet research to identify potential referral sources, including pediatric clinics, high-end private schools, and other organizations.
- Make outreach calls or send emails to potential referral sources for child therapy clients and speaking engagements.
Brand Management
- Assist in the creation and management of online campaigns for three distinct brands.
Additional Administrative Tasks
- A plus: Support with bookkeeping transitions and potential tax preparation services.
- Collaborate with the current part-time administrative team to ensure seamless operations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in administrative support, content management, or social media management.
- Strong proficiency with WordPress, Wix, and Constant Contact.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and tools.
- Basic bookkeeping will be a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and a proactive attitude towards problem-solving.

- A reliable high-speed fiber internet connection (minimum 75-100Mbps).
- A personal laptop or desktop computer, and an external monitor.
- A sufficient backup power supply to manage potential power outages.
- A high-quality headset with a built-in microphone.
- Flexibility to work hours that align with the client’s time zone (CST).
