Position Overview:

To process the day-to-day core sales billing transactions of the business and resolve related queries. To provide support to the Finance Manager,

Management and staff of the business when required.

Responsibilities:

Activities to include:

Sales Ledger:

  • Daily managing of Mirus invoice query ticket queue
  • Completing mid-month billing run
  • Managing and completing monthly User Billing process
  • Preparing and billing Capped Hours
  • Compiling and billing Courier Deliveries
  • Recharging SSL Certificates

Other:

  • Ad-hoc analysis / Sage downloads as requested
  • Ad-hoc reports and queries as requested
  • Ad-hoc cover of posting cash book transactions and reconciling bank accounts.
  • Any other tasks required by Mirus Finance Manager or Revenue Accounts Assistant

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Intermediate Excel skills
  • Good attention to detail
  • Good organisational skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Able to manage changing workload and priorities
  • Able to work both within a team and using own initiative
