Account Support Specialist for Infotree | Remote SA

We are looking for an Account Support Specialist to join our client team. This role will assist in building and maintaining customer relationships, helping to grow our share of the customer’s wallet within an assigned set of customers or a specific geographic region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing and maintaining positive customer relationships.
  • Organize customer visits and support negotiations.
  • Act as a champion for the voice of the customer.
  • Provide information to support contract negotiations.
  • Coordinate communication with customers and internal teams.
  • Help the account team meet revenue and market share goals.
  • Support projects to improve customer relationships and grow the business.
  • Maintain accurate reporting and forecasting using CRM systems.

Qualifications:

  • College degree in technical support, sales, or a related field, or experience in a technical field.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
  • Ability to advocate for customers within the business.
  • May require licensing for export controls or sanctions compliance.
