Description

As an Account Executive, you will play a crucial role in managing client relationships and ensuring the successful delivery of advertising campaigns across all channels.

You will be responsible for understanding client needs, briefing creative teams, and overseeing the day-to-day priorities of the business and project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Client Relationship Management

  • Build, and maintain, strong Client relationships
  • Understand client business objectives and marketing goals
  • Effectively communicate with clients, providing regular updates and addressing their needs

2.Briefing and Project Management

  • Gather detailed client briefs and translate them into actionable creative briefs for the studio together with the Account Director
  • Oversee the project timeline, ensuring that deadlines are met and tasks are completed efficiently
  • Review creative deliverables to ensure they align with client expectations and brand guidelines

3.Communication and Collaboration

  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams, including creative, production, and strategy.
  • Communicate project status updates to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.

4.Attention to Detail

  • Ensure accuracy and consistency in all project deliverables.
  • Pay close attention to details, such as deadlines and client specifications.
  • Proofread and edit all materials before sending to clients.

5.Problem-Solving and Adaptability:

  • Identify and resolve issues that may arise during project execution – escalate quickly
  • Be adaptable and able to adjust to changing priorities and challenges

6.Additional Responsibilities include:

  • Updating status reports and keeping them current
    • This involves providing regular updates to clients on the progress of their campaigns, including key metrics, challenges, and successes
  • Contact reports
    • Maintaining a record of interactions with clients, including meeting notes, emails, and phone calls.
  • Ensuring creative work is accurate and on deadline
    • Overseeing the creative process to ensure that the final product meets the client’s brief and is delivered on time.
  • Understanding omnichannel communication
    • Ensuring that the agency’s campaigns effectively integrate across various channels, such as social media, email, and traditional advertising.
    • Ensuring CEs are developed, signed, and billed
    • Handling the contractual aspects of client relationships, including developing, signing, and invoicing contracts.
