Role Description

A key support role responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and organizational support to the Account Executive team. The role requires the management of multiple tasks while introducing new ideas proactively, taking initiative and driving actions to meet deadlines. A self-motivated individual who works independently and is energized to be part of a team.

  1. Review client networks for hardware/software upgrades
  2. Assist the team with client-facing reporting
  3. Assist the team with quoting new hardware and solutions
  4. Monthly tracking of team and team member deliverables. (Incl. driving the team to meet deadlines).
  5. Driving the change management and documentation of internal processes.
  6. Updating internal systems with client and contract information.
  7. Assisting with drafting of contracts
  8. Following up on service tickets to ensure they are completed in a timely manner

Minimum Qualifications and Experience

  1. Proficient in MS Office 365 and virtual communication tools (essential for managing emails and documents).
  2. Organizational management with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  3. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  4. Providing excellent customer service.
  5. Some financial understanding.
  6. Experience in basic data handing.
  7. Ability to work remotely.
  8. Proven experience in an administrative role.
  9. Work hours need to align with the NY Metro business, which is 9am-6pm EST.
  10. Excellent English written and verbal communication
  11. Strong planning and organizing 
  12. Attention to detail and accuracy
  13. Effective time management
  14. Basic excel formulas
  15. Collecting, recording and analysing data
