Those working as assistants and office support at PwC will provide high-level administrative support to senior executives, including managing their schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling confidential information. You will play a crucial role in maintaining smooth operations and effective communication within the organisation.

Role Summary:

The role requires a high level of self management and personal responsibility coupled with the ability to prioritise, organise and manage tasks and workload. You will have a customer service mindset, good technical skills and the ability to keep up to date with current and emerging technology.

Qualifications /Certifications required:

  • MATRIC
  • Strong proficiency in Google and / or Microsoft Office

Experience required:

● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport
and establish positive relationships with team members and stakeholders who
will be working remotely to you
● Ability to collaborate effectively sharing workload to support the success of the team
● A true team player who is willing to work hard to build strong and productive
relationships with the ability to upwardly manage stakeholders at all levels within
the Business Unit, Line of Service and wider firm.
● Ability to work under pressure with high levels of confidentiality and resilience
due to the busy nature of the role.
● High level of attention to detail
● Forward thinking with a proactive, self-starting attitude and strong problem solving abilities
● Strong organisational skills with experience of prioritising and managing multiple
stakeholder requests to meet deadlines whilst maintaining an exceptional quality of work
● Experience in coordinating/managing projects
● Strong technical skills with experience of using the Google / Microsoft Office Suites
● A curious mindset with the ability to embrace and adapt to new technology in a
fast moving tech environment.

Responsibilities of role:

  • Management of stakeholders diaries
  • Proactive research and organisation of UK and global travel logistics
  • Timely preparation of expenses and invoice claims for stakeholders, ensuring compliance to the relevant expenses policy.
  • Stakeholder meeting management
  • Project coordination (as required)
  • Involvement in the organisation and management of a wide range of events; both internally and externally.
  • Understanding of stakeholders priorities, clients and teams to optimise stakeholder time management.
  • Provide support on the Firm’s Client Relationship Management system (Salesforce)
  • Engagement on social media campaigns when directed following PwC policies and guidelines.
  • Basic capability and understanding of data manipulation, visualisation and insights.
  • Support stakeholders and others in upskilling of Firmwide systems.
  • Apply understanding of regulatory requirements and data management, ensuring compliance deadlines are met.
  • Take ownership of all enquiries and problems, resolving or escalating issues as appropriate.
  • Build a diverse network of relationships and engage with various firm wide initiatives,
  • Identify opportunities for efficiencies and promote the range of services within
  • Executive Support to stakeholders.
  • Accurate and consistent recording of time
