Job Description
Through African Ideas, the Western Cape Transversal Applications Unit (TAPS) is seeking to hire two Project Administrators.
The Transversal Application Services (TAPS) unit falls under the Centre for e-Innovation (Ce-I) at Western Cape Government. The mandate of TAPS is to develop transversal applications, including WCG mobile platform applications and digital platforms for citizen engagement. TAPS helps to deliver service delivery excellence through information and communication technologies which is a core function of Ce-I.The Project Administration support is required to assist the project managers (1 x broadband; 1 x VOIP) with project tasks including management support, planning, monitoring, updating organisational tools, minutes and stakeholder engagement.
Required Experience and Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in project administration of broadband and VOIP projects
- A tertiary qualification or certification (NQF Level 5 or higher) relevant to the role
- Good organisational skills with attention to detail (advantageous)
