About You

We’re looking for an ace employee to efficiently pack customer orders according to company standards and ensure items are packed accurately and safely keeping our customers happy.

To do this, it means you are well versed in the process of packing orders daily in a warehouse environment. You have great attention to detail and are able to work effectively in a team environment, and ensure orders are prepared accurately and on time.

Responsibilities:

• Inspect items to ensure they are not damaged and are correctly labeled.
• Prepare orders for shipment by ensuring that materials are packed according to specifications.
• Collaborate with warehouse staff to ensure all orders are processed in a timely manner.
• Perform ad-hoc or cross-sector duties in any way required by the Manager.
• Ensure that housekeeping is performed daily and your work area kept optimal and clean.
• Reporting to and working with the Floor Supervisors and Managers on any issues that arise as well as day-to-day requirements.
• Ensure that the health and safety protocols of the company and OHS ACT are adhered to in your area of responsibility and workplace.

Experience and Qualifications:

• Matric
• Experience as a warehouse packer or similar position is advantageous.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods of time.
• Proficient in basic computer skills.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
