About the role:

We are seeking a proactive and organised individual to support our Founder and CEO with diary management and other administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and organise CEO’s calendar, scheduling meetings and appointments
  • Coordinate and confirm meeting logistics and travel arrangements
  •  Prioritise and respond to emails and correspondence on behalf of the CEO
  • Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items
  • Handle confidential information with discretion
  • Assist with other administrative tasks as needed

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a virtual assistant or in a similar role
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in G Suite and calendar management tools
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality
