Job Description
We have a new opportunity for a Travel Coordinator who will be responsible for managing all aspects of corporate travel for employees, ensuring a smooth and efficient travel experience. This role includes researching and booking travel accommodations, managing itineraries, and liaising with travel service providers. This role will be based in our Cape Town office in South Africa.

Key Responsibilities
- Research, plan, and coordinate travel arrangements for employees, including flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and itineraries
- Assist in managing travel budgets and ensure compliance with company policies
- Establish and maintain relationships with travel vendors and service providers to secure the best rates and services
- Address and resolve travel-related issues, such as cancellations, delays, or changes in plans
- Prepare travel documentation and ensure all necessary approvals are obtained prior to booking
- Educate employees on travel policies and ensure adherence to guidelines
- Generate reports on travel expenses and trends for management review
- Provide excellent customer service to employees and respond to inquiries related to travel
Essential Qualifications / Skills:
- Proven experience in travel coordination or a similar role
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficient in travel management software and MS Office Suite
- Degree preferred
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
- Knowledge of travel regulations and industry trends
