Job Advert SummaryRand Water is looking for a candidate to assist internal customers by creating work orders for repairs and maintenance or breakdowns of Fleet Assets, Capturing work order feedback and timesheets, Assist maintenance planner and follow up with end users to collect assets.
Minimum RequirementsGrade 12.3 years relevant experience. Maximo experience.MS Office Package (Excel, Word, Email ETC) experience. Customer service experience.Automotive technical background could be an advantage.
Primary Duties Customer Service and Housekeeping.Opening and completion of Work Orders.Assist in Generating Reports.Admin Duties.
KnowledgeComputer literate in Microsoft office Package.Knowledge of Quality Management system.Good record keeping.Customer service. 
SkillsGood Communication skills.Administrative skills.Enterprise Asset Management program.Negotiating, problem – solving, analytical and diagnostic skills.
