Telesales Consultant for Rectron | onsite Midrand

Job Description

The main purpose of the job is to maintain and grow the Rectron client base through promoting and selling the full Rectron product range.

Primary Objectives:

  • Work with allocated dealer base that is assigned.
  • Activation of clients on the dealer base provided.
  • Achieve call target on set dealer base.
  • Assisting all customers with queries, quotes and orders.
  • Managing dealer base to ensure customers are up to date with specials and promotions.
  • Build good relationships with clients.
  • Selling key components as required by management or PM.
  • Send all orders timeously through to order processing.
  • Assist with other job-related duties as and when required.
  • General admin and upkeep of database or call campaign.
  • General update and maintenance of all admin and filing
  • Represent Rectron at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations.
  • Attend and complete online product training programmes and study and know the relevant product range.
  • Any other miscellaneous duties will be added as the role grows.

Education/Qualification

  • Matric or higher education in IT

Experience (experience required for the job)

  • Minimum of 1-2 years’ IT or Technical experience or familiar with IT terms and technology
  • Exceptional customer service experience
  • Cold calling experience advantageous
  • Proficient computer skills.
