  • The Holiday Club is seeking to employ a qualified and experienced Telesales Agent. The successful candidate will join a small and dynamic team.
  • The successful candidate will not do any cold-calling or sales.
  • You will be trained to do curtesy calls with our large existing client database, asses their holiday needs and refer the client to the relevant department for assistance.

Position Overview

  • The Telesales Consultant will be responsible for referring happy clients to the sales teams.
  • The successful candidate will be required to work from home and only attend the weekly/monthly meetings.
  • Responsible for the achievement of Daily, Weekly and Monthly targets, through outbound telephonic contact.

Specific Role Responsibilities

· Follow-up all sales leads in a timely and effective manner

  • Responsible for follow-ups
  • Ability to accurately assess customer needs and potential, identify and deal with objections that may arise
  • Daily administration

Qualifications and Experience

  • Minimum 1 – 2 years’ experience (telesales environment).
  • Experience in an inbound/outbound call centre environment

Skills and Personal Attributes

  • Excellent telephone selling skills with professional telephone manner and commercial acumen and the capability to communicate.
  • Excellent communication (verbal and written) – Good command of the English and Afrikaans language.
  • Results driven.

  • Ability to work under pressure.

  • Outgoing and vivacious personality.
  • Criminal and Credit Clear.

Salary

R6000 basic plus commission (average salary R9000)
