ABOUT THE ROLE
At Move, our talent sourcer’s foundational skill is to deeply understand the tools and technologies our clients use, how they use them, and how their teams’ work impacts the business – to attract, source and hire the world’s most sought-after talent.

You’ll work closely with a global team of talent partners, hiring managers and senior leadership from the world’s most innovative and fast-growing start-ups & scale-ups to build and maintain talent pipelines with exceptionally high standards for candidate quality, providing a phenomenal candidate experience, and ensuring an efficient and effective interview process.

SALARY: 
R23k – R25k CTC+ quarterly incentive bonus
CONTRACT: Full-time, Permanent / Freelance
LOCATION: Fully Remote (RSA Based)
HOURS: 40 hours per week – aligned to GMT Timezone (Flexible hours, Delivery focussed)

🧑‍💻 WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING?

  • Contribute to meeting our clients’ Hiring objectives by proactively Attracting, Sourcing, and Assessing candidates’ Skills & Competencies at each stage of the Recruitment Process
  • Manage 8+ concurrently ongoing, high-paced open roles collaborating with numerous hiring managers and candidates
  • Identify, discuss and clarify candidates’ objectives and needs. Turn them into recommendations and concise details for hiring managers to action
  • Gathering market-related data & insights and producing meaningful suggestions for improvements
  • Continuously learn, develop, and grow yourself and others

Requirements

🧰 WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED

This is a junior role, ideal for candidates with approximately 1-2 years of experience in a Talent Acquisition team or Recruitment Agency environment. However, we believe that with the right motivation, any skill can be learned. We encourage applicants from all backgrounds and experience levels to apply, as we value potential and a willingness to grow over specific experience.

  • A strong foundational knowledge of candidate sourcing & candidate attraction best practice
  • A good understanding of Technical Hiring practices
  • The ability to rapidly understand complex problems and processes
  • A genuine passion for technology-driven start-ups/Scale ups
  • A strong lean toward craft & operational excellence
  • Exceptionally strong communication skills (written & verbal)
  • An aptitude for gathering insights and identifying trends through data
  • A very high degree of motivation and self-awareness
  • Professional level of English language proficiency
