What You’ll Do:

As part of the embedded team, you will have ownership to deliver across the full recruitment cycle and hire at all levels of the business. You will become a true partner to the client’s internal talent teams and work closely with hiring managers and senior leaders to deliver on their hiring goals. The role will be working closely with senior leaders across Chapter 2 and in-house with our clients.

This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to have a company-wide impact, be responsible for the end to end recruitment process and think creatively about how we hire talent.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Working with key stakeholders on talent mapping on various other talent based projects
  • Adapt as needed to successfully meet changing hiring volumes and demands
  • Provide a great candidate experience throughout the hiring journey
  • Continuously audit and improve talent processes and sourcing channels
  • Attract and engage diverse talent that would complement and help drive our client’s ambitious goals
  • Influence & guide hiring leaders to use best practices in talent acquisition
  • Provide fit for purpose reporting to leaders and partners as needed
  • Negotiate and broker offers for candidates and make the client the employer of choice
  • Ownership of specific initiatives / projects as delegated by the client

Who You Are:

  • You will be a sourcing pro – Either Generalist or Tech!
  • You will be passionate about all things talent acquisition and be experienced with hiring for a wide variety of skill sets at all levels of a business
  • We will have experience in working across many talent technology platforms.
  • At least 3 years’ experience, preferably within a fast paced company.
  • Involvement in scoping out recruitment processes and working with managers to develop workforce plans
  • Proven record of building talent pipelines and securing offers on a monthly basis.
  • Being extremely customer centric, giving our clients an outstanding service.
  • Process driven, manage candidate and client expectations.
  • Someone who agrees actions and delivers them to their candidate and client ensuring the Chapter 2 experience is high quality.
  • A team player and the ability to work well with a wide range of people
  • A natural curiosity that has enabled you to become a subject matter expert in your chosen area
