TALENT ACQUISITION SPECIALIST for RetailNext | Remote SA

RetailNext provides e-commerce style analytics to physical retailers enabling them to best understand shoppers behavior within their stores. Using our proprietary IoT sensor, Aurora, we collect billions of data points everyday from shoppers in over 100+ countries around the world. Ultimately, the data we provide to retailers helps them to make the decisions that will improve your shopping experience.

The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for sourcing and hiring world-class talent through best in-class talent acquisition practices.

Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition

  • Full-Cycle Recruiting for technical and non-technical international roles
  • Constantly evaluating and working to improve team processes.
  • Researching and providing ideas on up to date recruiting/ sourcing techniques
  • Constantly striving for a world-class candidate experience.
  • Partnering with hiring managers and interviewers while being the SME on all things recruitment related
  • Working towards KPI achievement (pipeline ratios, response rates, acceptance rate)

Talent Management:

  • Assisting the Director of Talent in the crafting and rolling out of Talent Managment initiatives. Skills & Knowledge:
    • Run all recruitment/interview processes effectively to where they are repeatable, consistent, and error free.
    • The ability to understand job requirements and bringing in the best qualified candidates which match those requirements
    • Ability to be the subject matter expert to hiring managers on all things recruitment related
    • Constantly evaluating our processes to ensure that they are running as efficiently as possible and bringing in the best quality candidates.
    • How to source for candidates to meet the companies hiring requirements
    • Knowledge of the global hiring landscape
    • How to advice stakeholders on recruiting best practices
