The Role
Donorbox is seeking a customer-focused Success Agent to join our team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for new and existing customers, helping them get the most value out of our platform.
Responsibilities
- Contact and schedule calls with new/existing customersÂ
- Guide customers through navigating the Donorbox platform and optimizing their donation forms/pages
- Provide suggestions to help customers reduce friction and maximize online donation conversions
- Ensure customers are utilizing the right Donorbox products for their specific fundraising needs
- Address customers looking to cancel and develop strategies to retain their business
- Identify customers with high potential for increased fundraising volume
- Address billing issues from customers
- Gather feedback from customers to improve Donorbox’s product and service offerings
Qualifications & Experience
- 1-2 years of experience in SaaS sales and/or Customer Success roles
- Excellent communication, presentation, and public speaking abilities
- Strong problem-solving skills to identify customer needs and provide solutions quickly
- Ability to simplify complex ideas and explain them clearly to customers
- Proficiency with online tools for conferencing and presenting
- Availability to work a 9-hour shift (including 1-hour lunch) from 9am to 6pm EST or GMT
- Dedicated, quiet, and professional workspace for video calls with customers
- Nonprofit experience is a plus
