About Us:
We are a dynamic retail company gearing up for the launch of our new store. As we expand our presence, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Store Launch Coordinator to ensure the successful execution of our new store opening project.

Role Overview:
The Store Launch Coordinator will play a critical role in managing all aspects of the store launch project. This individual will be responsible for coordinating with various stakeholders, creating floor plans, overseeing contractors, and ensuring compliance with city regulations. Strong project management, communication, and organizational skills are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate all activities related to the launch of the new store, ensuring timely and successful completion.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, tasks, and milestones.
  • Create floor plans from drawings and ensure efficient utilization of space.
  • Liaise with contractors, vendors, and city officials to coordinate construction, inspections, and permits.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure alignment and transparency throughout the project.
  • Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays promptly.
  • Prepare regular reports and updates for stakeholders, highlighting key milestones, risks, and mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and local laws.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in project management, preferably in retail or construction.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in creating floor plans and using project management tools/software.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Reliable internet connection and access to backup power.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to think creatively and proactively resolve issues.
  • Willing to work on US time zone
  • Ability to work fully remote
  • Must reside in South Africa

Salary : R6500 per month
