What you’ll do:

  • Spare’s Allocation: Efficiently allocate spares from stores to scheduled work.
  • Work in Progress (WIP) Reports.
  • Order Processing & PO Follow-ups: Manage order processing and follow up on purchase orders with customers.
  • Job Scheduling & Planning: Schedule technician jobs and monitor their progress.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service and handle customer queries.
  • General Administration & Document Control: Perform various administrative tasks and manage documents.

Qualifications:

  • Grade 12 and basic administrative experience.
  • 3 – 5 years of experience in a service centre environment.

  • Thrives Under Pressure, capable of maintaining composure and delivering results in high-stress situations.
  • Strong Problem-Solving Abilities.
