SEO Account Executive for Tier3 Media | Remote SA (R30 000 p/m)

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned SEO clients, fostering strong and lasting relationships
  • Manage client expectations, addressing their requests and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with the SEO team to develop and implement effective campaign strategies aligned with SEO best practices and client goals
  • Lead client meetings, presenting campaign progress, insights, and recommendations
  • Communicate client requests and feedback to the internal team, ensuring seamless coordination and execution of deliverables
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends and industry developments to provide informed guidance to clients
  • Work closely with the web designer/developer, project manager, and assistant SEO manager to ensure the successful delivery of SEO campaigns
  • Contribute to the development of client-facing reports, presentations, and other communication materials
  • Identify opportunities for account growth and propose additional services to clients as appropriate

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in account management, client services, or a similar role, preferably within a digital marketing agency
  • Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a proactive approach to addressing client needs
  • Proficiency and experience with project management tools (ClickUp, Monday)
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
  • Passion for digital marketing and a desire to stay at the forefront of industry trends

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with clients in the aesthetics or healthcare industry
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO tools
  • Knowledge of content marketing and social media marketing principles

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Salary range: $1500-$2000 USD per month, commensurate with experience
  • Regular business hours: Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm EST
