In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating meetings, scheduling appointments, managing communications, and keeping track of important tasks and projects. You will also prepare documents, track progress, and ensure deadlines are met. If you thrive on organization, attention to detail, and being a crucial part of a busy office, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer phone calls and emails, track queries, and follow up
  • Prepare and distribute agendas, minutes, and reports
  • Maintain calendars, files, and client portfolio summaries
  • Organize documentation, including bank forms, FICA, and other applications
  • Generate invoices for rentals and oil sales in Pastel Partner and Excel
  • Track project progress and task completion
  • Support staff and management with administrative duties
  • Ensure quality standards are upheld

Qualifications & Skills:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and other computer applications
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) skills
  • Strong multitasking and prioritization abilities
  • Teamwork and interpersonal skills
