PayU is seeking a Sales Support Representative for our EMEA commercial team. In this role, you will play a crucial role in assisting customers throughout the sales and Go Live phases. Your responsibilities will include managing the onboarding process, document management, relationship coordination, and post-Go Live support. This is a permanent position that offers an exciting opportunity for individuals looking to build a long-term and rewarding career in sales.

What you’ll be doing

  • Working alongside our Sales team, you will have the opportunity to gain insight into the complete sales journey, Collaborate with various teams, and gain solid expertise in our industry. This opportunity will offer an exciting mixture of responsibilities and is ideal for passionate about sales online payments.
  • Help the sales team with different merchant applications in terms of documentations & solving different operational coming from from the internal departments ( ops)
  • Check on a daily basis the list of sales leads, delegating leads to the sales department
  • Work with marketing lead gen department to provide sales data for the leads in focus
  • Identify merchants needs, applying for PayU products to a dedicated e-mail address, and provides support to convert inquiries into sales.
  • Manage merchants from SMB segment, following up with them for activation of PayU products and features.
  • Manage administrative documents for merchants and for different campaigns with the partners to make sure that merchant files are up to date
  • Manage and provide assistance for any other operational problem related to merchants, by staying in touch with Sales, Risk, Ops and legal department .
  • Ensure data on Salesforce is correct and up to date
