Overview: We are seeking energetic and results-driven individuals to join our rapidly growing Lead Conversion Services Division, representing a leading national weight loss brand. As a Lead Conversion Specialist, your primary role will be to engage with potential customers, guiding them through the process to secure full sales for our weight loss treatment subscriptions. Consultations are part of the journey, but the ultimate goal is to close the sale.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Engagement: Promptly contact and engage with leads after they opt-in, utilizing our proprietary system for calling, voicemail, SMS, and email communication.
  • Sales-Driven: Use your sales expertise to convert leads into fully subscribed customers for our weight loss treatments. Success will be measured by the number of completed sales.
  • Communication: Represent our brand with professionalism, ensuring that each lead receives clear, informative, and persuasive communication. Fluent English and excellent communication skills (both written and spoken) are essential.
  • Follow-Up: Consistently follow up with leads across multiple channels (phone, email, text) to drive sales and ensure the highest possible conversion rates.
  • Problem Solving: Address inquiries and concerns from leads with patience and a positive attitude, guiding them through the sales process.
  • Payment Collection: Secure payment details to finalize subscriptions, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Internal Collaboration: Work closely with our marketing team to report any issues with lead flow or quality, contributing to continuous improvement in the sales process.
  • Remote Work: Operate efficiently in a remote setting, equipped with noise-canceling headphones, a reliable power supply, and a stable internet connection. Ensure that leads are contacted within 15 minutes of opting in during business hours.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Sales Expertise: Proven experience in sales, particularly in closing sales and securing subscriptions, is highly desirable.
  • Healthcare Experience: Experience in the healthcare sector, especially in weight loss, would be a significant advantage but is not required.
  • Flexible Availability: We are building a team that can provide coverage across US time zones, up to 8 pm Pacific Time. While you won’t need to work these hours every day, flexibility to help cover different time slots is essential.
