Sales Representative for Webfleet | Remote Dbn

We currently have a position for a Sales Representative (Remote) based in Durban (Kwazul Natal) with a proven Sales record and Experience in the vehicle telematics / fleet management industry is preferable.

The ideal candidate should be passionate about sales and technology and have exceptional cold calling skills and a proven ability to exceed their sales targets

Here’s a little taste of your challenge:

  • Hunt new business opportunities in and around the Durban areas as well as the North and South coast region (Kwazul Natal).
  • Prospect, develop an close sales of telematics solutions to large, medium and small companies in the region/s
  • Source new sales leads and opportunities via direct approach (Cold callings and prospecting);
  • Develop and maintain a solid pipeline
  • Grow and maintain existing customer base
  • Manage sales, training and customer relationships in the Durban region (and elsewhere is South Africa, if required);
  • Support software partners in sales appointments (where necessary);
  • (over) Achievement of your sales goals;
  • Reporting on sales, opportunities and pipe-line in a timely manner, using internal systems

Who are you?

A positive-minded, energetic, and ambitious sales professional with relevant experience and a can-do attitude

  • You are a hunter and are good at opening new accounts;
  • You know how to manage the entire sales cycle from detection to signature and achieve your objectives independently; proven track record in achieving sales targets;
  • You are result-oriented;
  • You naturally develop your ecosystem and you are able to build your client portfolio from scratch;
  • You have at least 3 years of successful experience in direct sales (B to B), ideally in a BtoB SaaS/IT company;
  • You have excellent listening, analytical, prioritization and organizational skills
  • You know how to use/develop your network;
  • You are able to consistently and rigorously complete weekly sales reports (sales forecast + activities);
  • If you know Salesforce.com it’s a plus, but it can be learned;
  • You have a valid driver’s license.
  • You are a team player.
